Channels of Christ Expositors Seminary (CCES) in Kilifi, Kenya is seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join our mission in training godly, knowledgeable, and capable leaders for the Church and the world.
As we continue to grow and expand our programs, we are in need of volunteers, teachers, mentors, and individuals with specialized skills to support our mission. This is a unique opportunity for you to contribute your time, expertise, and passion for ministry while making a lasting impact in the lives of students who are committed to serving Christ.
We are looking for the following:1. Volunteer Teachers
Do you have a background in theology, ministry, biblical studies, leadership, or Christian education? We are looking for passionate teachers who can bring biblical truth to life in the classroom.

- Youth Ministry Transformation
• Qualifications
o A strong understanding of Scripture and theology
o Previous teaching or ministry experience is preferred
o A heart for equipping others for ministry
2. Mentors
Mentorship is at the heart of our seminary’s model of discipleship and leadership development. If you have experience in pastoral ministry or leadership, we invite you to mentor our students.
Responsibilities
o Meet with students regularly for spiritual guidance and personal growth
o Offer advice on practical ministry, leadership, and spiritual formation
o Encourage students to develop strong character and integrity as they prepare for ministry
Qualifications
o Significant experience in ministry or leadership roles
o A passion for discipling others
o A commitment to invest in the lives of future Christian leaders
3. Specialized-Skills Volunteers
We also need individuals with specialized skills to support the seminary’s operations and enhance our programs. If you have expertise in any of the following areas, we welcome your help:
Technology and IT Support
o Assist with IT infrastructure, online learning platforms, and digital resources
Administrative Support
o Help with organizing events, student records, and seminary operations
Writing and Editing
o Help with curriculum development, academic writing, and resource creation
Graphic Design and Marketing
o Assist with designing promotional materials, social media campaigns, and seminary branding
Fundraising and Grant Writing
o Help the seminary secure funding through grants and donations to further our mission
4. Guest Speakers and Workshop Leaders
We are looking for experienced pastors, theologians, ministry leaders, and experts in various fields to lead workshops, lectures, and seminars. Your experience can greatly enrich the seminary community and offer invaluable insights to our students.
